Resistol Rookie and Team Resistol athlete Noah Lee took over the top spot in the PRCA Bull Riding World Standings following a storybook victory at the Calgary Stampede, joining several fellow Team Resistol athletes in the winner's circle at one of rodeo's most prestigious events.

At just 18 years old, Lee has wasted no time making his mark on professional rodeo. Following in the footsteps of his father, 2004 PBR World Champion Mike Lee, the second-generation bull rider is already chasing two lifelong goals: qualifying for his first Wrangler National Finals Rodeo and earning a world title.

The Resistol Rookie has enjoyed a remarkable summer, earning more than $100,000 and six rodeo titles in July alone. His dominant run has catapulted him to the top of both the PRCA Bull Riding World Standings and the Resistol Rookie standings, unofficially securing his first NFR qualification and earning a total of over $229,000 thus far. 

Lee leads an impressive group of Team Resistol bull riders atop the world standings. Tristen Hutchings, Stetson Wright, Hayden Welsh and Luke Mackey currently rank second through fifth, giving Team Resistol all five of the top five positions in the bull riding world standings. 

Lee's Calgary Stampede victory highlighted a successful week in Alberta, Canada for Team Resistol, with several athletes earning championship titles and substantial payouts during Championship Sunday.

One of rodeo's premier weeks, the Calgary Stampede awarded $50,000 to each event champion as part of its $1.8 million payout. Team Resistol athletes were well represented throughout the championship round, competing for one of the sport's most coveted titles.

Saddle bronc rider Wyatt Casper continued his comeback season by capturing the Calgary Stampede title. After missing much of the 2025 summer run due to injury and narrowly missing the NFR, Casper scored 90.5 points aboard Mary Lou to earn the championship and a $50,000 payday, moving into the top 10 of the PRCA World Standings.

Calf roper Zack Jongbloed also added another title to his 2026 campaign. His 7.2-second run in the championship round earned him the Calgary Stampede title, moving him closer to the top 15 in the PRCA World Standings while strengthening his bid for a fourth NFR qualification.

With one of the sport's richest and most prestigious rodeos complete, attention now turns to the final months of the 2026 season. As the race for PRCA world titles and Resistol Rookie of the Year honors intensifies, #TeamResistol athletes continue to establish themselves among the sport’s best.
